We only ship to customers in the USA
We do not ship internationally.

We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. 
Most orders are actually shipped within less than 24 hours.
The exception will be holidays and weekends. 

We ship UPS ground insured with Delivery Confirmation. 
Other methods of shipping are available
upon request except for shipment to a PO Box number.
. All Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped Air, at an extra charge.

Within 48 hours of your item being shipped, a UPS Delivery Confirmation  number will be sent to you as a courtesy, so you may track your package(s).

If your package arrives damaged, and is not the fault of the shipping company, we are more than happy to refund or exchange your item. 
We simply request you return the merchandise in the original box
within 30 days. To be reimbursed for the "return shipping costs", we ask
that you please place the original "return shipping receipt" showing what you paid to have the item(s) returned, with the returned item, or mail the receipt to;
