Purchase Terms and Conditions

Entire Agreement
Other than as specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between you and A1 Discount Gifts, these terms and conditions (this "Agreement") apply to all of your on-line purchases from the web site at www.A1DiscountGifts.com (the "Site") and may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by you through the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered terms and conditions will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and A1 Discount Gifts.

Acceptance
By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not binding upon A1 Discount Gifts. until accepted by A1 Discount Gifts. A1 Discount Gifts will indicate its acceptance of an order by acknowledging your order by reply email or by shipping to you the ordered items.

Pricing
Because prices, product descriptions and availability can change quickly, A1 Discount Gifts does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on the Site.

Payment Terms; On-line Orders
The only payment method available for internet orders at this time is credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Cash is not a payment option that we accept at this time.

Shipping Charges; Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and processing will be shown on your order form. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice.

Return Policies -
** #1 - Every product you buy from this web site or our catalogs must be free of defects or you may return it within 30 Calendar days to us for replacement or refund. (Please see below)

** #2 - If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason , simply
contact us for instructions on how to return within 30 Calendar days of the purchase date. (Please see below)

**Please note!....

If you place an order and decide it's simply not what you expected, OR you placed a multiple item order and some of the items are not what you now want or expected, OR one or more items are not available but now you don't want ANY of the items because one or more item(s) are/is not available, OR the item or items are damaged upon delivery and you now decide to receive a refund instead of replacement or exchange, OR if your package(s) is / are undeliverable to the address you provided because you were unavailable for signature or for any other reason, and the package has been returned to our warehouse, and now you don't want us to re-ship the item(s), we will refund you in full MINUS initial shipping, return shipping costs, PLUS we will charge a 20% "Re-stocking" fee per the original price of each item, once the returned item or items are received in our warehouse.

Please Note!- If the item(s) are returned to our warehouse because they were undeliverable for ANY reason and you still want the item(s), You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be charged for all new shipping charges to re-ship to you.

We have the following policies for ALL returns:

To obtain A1 Discount Gifts authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call A1 Discount Gifts within 30 Calendar days of purchase . Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 Calendar days of purchase . Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.

CONDITIONS:
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

  • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by A1 Discount Gifts. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
  • Sample items are not returnable.
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES:

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:

All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our Claims department within 30 Calendar days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
