Q:
How can you charge such low prices?
A:
Our supply warehouse expands five (5) Football Fields! Each item is purchased in quantities of thousands, therefore we save money and then pass the savings onto you, our valued customer.
Q:
At prices these low aren't the items low or of poor quality?
A:
Absolutely NOT! We inspect each and every item. If an item doesn't meet our high quality standards we return to our supplier. We have many customers tell us how surprised they were to get such a high quality item at such a low, low price. According to our customers, our products have always met or exceeded their expectations.
Guarantees

What kind of guarantees do you provide?
A:
First and foremost, every product you buy from this web site and our catalogs
must be free of defects or you may return it within 30 days for replacement or refund. 
Some items have specific guarantees. Please check "Our Guarantees" link from the menu on the left.
Q:
What if I decide I don't need or care for the item once I receive it and I want a refund?
A:
That's O.K.! We understand that sometimes items aren't always what you planned for them to be once you receive them. We do our best to provide precise details and clear images of each and every item. If you decide to receive a refund instead of replacement or exchange, we will refund you in full minus initial shipping and return shipping costs.
Q:
What if the item is damaged when I receive it?
A:
In the very unusual circumstances the item is damaged in transit, you may either
have it replaced, exchange it for a different item or receive a refund. 
Q:
If I want a refund, how do I return the item to you?
A:
You will need to re-pack the item carefully in it's original box. We ask that you return
the item(s) using the same carrier, UPS. You may also use the US Postal service but we
highly suggest you purchase their "Delivery Conformation" option. We will not be
responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we receive the package a refund will
be issued within 48 hours. All refunds are sent "Priority 2-3 Day" mail or credit to your
Credit Card if that is what was used when purchasing the item(s).

What carrier do you use to ship your items?
A:
We primarily use UPS Ground, Insured with Delivery Confirmation. Although UPS 2-3 Day and  Air Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico is available.
Q:
How much do you charge for UPS Shipping, Handling, Insurance and Delivery Confirmation?
A:
Our shipping is based on the dollar value of your order.   
Shipping charges are as follows: 
$0.01 to $99.99 = Flat $5.00
$100.00 + = FREE! 

When placing an order on line with our secure order form, the shipping costs are automatically calculated for you. 
When ordering, please remember that the minimum charge is $5.00. So only purchasing a  small inexpensive item would not be cost effective. Keep in mind, the more you purchase, the more you save. That's what A1 Discount Gifts is all about. Saving you money!

Q:
How long does it usual take to receive my package(s)?
A:
Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping date if you chose UPS ground, insured on the "check out" order form. The above example is for packages delivered outside the State of California. If you live in the State of California and within 200 miles of the Los Angeles area, packages usually arrive within 3 business days.  If you chose "UPS 2-3 day", you should expect 2-3 days from date of shipping for outside of California shipments. Air Mail to Alaska or Hawaii usually takes 7-10 business days from date of shipping.
Q:
Is there any way I can track my package(s) once I order?
A:
You bet! Within 72 hours of receiving your order and payment, your order will be 
shipped to you. Within 2 days of shipping your item, UPS will notify us of the
Tracking number used to track your order. We will in turn immediately email you the Tracking number(s) so you can track your package(s) and see when UPS expects the package(s) to arrive.
Q:
Once I receive the Tracking number, where do I go to check on my package(s)?
A:
Right on this site! You can go to our "Shipping info" page and paste the UPS Tracking number(s) into the box(es) provided. Then click the "Track this package" button.The page will change to the official UPS tracking page providing you information on your particular package(s). The information they provide is; Time and date the package
was picked up from our warehouse and the estimated time of delivery,

Do you use any other kind of security measures?

Yes! When we receive your order, your Credit Card information is highly encrypted and unreadable when we receive it. 
A decrypting tool is needed to decrypt your credit card information. Only our Security team at our offices has the decryption key and is responsible for all credit card transactions and decryption.
