If you are interested in saving on your first order, you must sign up for membership and then FAX or email your proof of employment first BEFORE placing your order. We must then verify your credentials and switch you to an approved level. We will then email you that your membership has been approved. You may then place your order for your first and continued discount for any future orders

If you do not mind waiting until your future orders, please place your initial order and then submit required documents as stated above. Under the forementioned statement, you WILL NOT receive any discount of any kind at any time. Your initial order will go through as a Standard membership. No refunds or re-calculations will occur. Any future orders, upon submitting the required documents, and they are approved, will receive the currently listed discount for any FUTURE orders.
